Returns Policy

You may submit a return request within 10 days of delivery. 

We will be responsible for the return shipping fee if it is our fault. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition as it was received by you. 

Each product can be returned once. If you have purchased multiple items of one product, please return them in one package. 

Once we receive your return parcel, your return will be processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) 

After that, we shall issue the refund to you, you can check details in your registered email or contact our support contact number for further help. 

If the product is damaged or has found to be in used condition, the return would not be eligible.

If, the package is eligible for return, the shipping fee and Cash on Delivery charges would be deducted from the total return value

If a particular product refund or return is not provided at the time of purchase, our company cannot provide refund or return for those products.
